Ingredients
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 - 1 c olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 c romano cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, lightly toasted
Cooking Instructions
Puree ingredients together except for cheese and pine nuts.
Add puree, pine nuts and cheese to saucepan and heat.
