Quick Notes: Douglas and Shinobu went along with the Monkey King, presumably to act as a diversion/kick-ass squad against some Roman Gods as the rest of the group was being pursued on their way out of Rome. The main group dealt with Minerva and Mars, and escaped, albeit with a lack of grace. Douglas still hasn't been seen since, nor any of those who went with him. Visiting the Dragon King, finding out that his part of the Key to the Dawn of Time has been stolen, by someone sufficiently ancient that his wards didn't detect it. Some thinking it might have been demons. Very cheery thought. The Prof got robbed in the Netherworld by 6 men in chameleon suits. The Gun is gone. (The red-ray gun that does nasty things to sorcery and whatnot, improves magic resistance for transformed animals.) General opinion holds the Architects responsible, using 2056 technology. OOC: Introducing Jean Baptiste (Jonny for short, but not really - Bill's character) A Dragon, whose parents were killed (house burnt down), he and his sister were saved by the Dragons, and separated for their own safety. Jean has been working as an agent of the Prof in the Netherworld for some time now. Something of a portal jockey, but not really, more along the lines of timewalker. He's visited the future on many occasions, and seems less fond of the Architects than he might be… The group who is in China who said hello to the Dragon King: McBain, Blue Phoenix, Mira, Alex McLeod. Jeff, Sha-King (who was sent off on assignment by the Dragon King and is now off screen) As far as anyone could tell, nobody had yet opened the Gate to the Dawn of Time. Other things pending: exploring where the magic ritual in Rome might happen, and precisely what to do with this. A monitor set was set up to make sure that nobody went near the Gate to the Dawn of Time, for notification if anyone shows up there. Story: when the gate was opened, it was said to lead to enlightenment. Legend has it that it let out a horde of demons, and an entire generation fought the hordes back, before the gate could be closed. Heather's Portal Jockey (Dee) and Jien Li go back to Douglas' mansion. Tony (NPC) informs them that Douglas went to the Netherworld about a week ago, and hasn't been seen since. Tony is largely a caretaker for Hong Kong just now, in Douglas' absence.
